    • Hall of Supreme Harmony (Taihe Dian)
            The largest and most important, for grand imperial ceremonies.

    • Hall of Central Harmony (Zhonghe Dian)
            Emperor rested here before major events.

    • Hall of Preserving Harmony (Baohe Dian)
            For imperial exams and banquets.

  4. Pass through Gate of Heavenly Purity      (Qianqing Men)
         Enter the Inner Court area.

  5. Explore the Three Rear Palaces

    • Palace of Heavenly Purity (Qianqing       Gong)
            Emperor's living and working place.

    • Hall of Union (Jiaotai Dian)
            Empress received greetings here.

    • Palace of Earthly Tranquility (Kunning       Gong)
            Once empress' residence, later with special uses.

  6. Stroll in Imperial Garden (Yu Hua Yuan)
         Relax among beautiful scenery.

  7. Optional: Six Eastern and Western      Palaces
