Join a local family in Xi'an to make dumplings from scratch. Includes hotel pickup, homemade meals, local beverages, tea tasting and belt-noodle stretch experience.

A Didi taxi will pick you up at your hotel and take you to the meeting point (car plate provided). Your host will first show you around the local community, then take you to a family home to make dumplings—preparing fillings, rolling wrappers, and folding. You'll also try stretching hand-pulled noodles from a small dough piece into a 2-meter strip, a fun challenge. After cooking, enjoy the meal with your host, sampling local drinks and sharing stories. Learn about family dining etiquette and tea culture over post-meal tea and conversation. Finally, your host will arrange a taxi for your return to the hotel.
