Tour Details


We'll pick you up from your hotel in the morning, typically between 8:00 and 8:30.

Devote three hours to observing both giant and red pandas, all the while snapping memorable photos.
Make a stop in the downtown area of Dujiangyan. Along the way, visit the Zhongshuge bookstore in a mall, renowned as the only "Hogwarts Library" in China, and take some great pictures there.
Have lunch at one of the diverse local restaurants.


In the afternoon, explore the remarkable Dujiangyan Irrigation System, along with its temples and gardens.

Then, we'll drive you back to your hotel in downtown Chengdu via the highway.

The panda park is a post - earthquake reconstruction project financed by the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government. It houses over 50 giant pandas and 20 red pandas, some of which were born overseas and have since returned to China. You might even have a serendipitous encounter with some familiar - looking pandas.

The Dujiangyan Irrigation System, built around 256 BC, is an extraordinary ancient ecological engineering marvel. It ingeniously utilizes natural topography and hydrology to channel water for irrigation, remove sediment, and control floods without the need for dams. Situated on the Minjiang River and near Mount Yulei, it offers a wonderful opportunity to connect with nature.
