Meet your guide and driver in your hotel lobby. Then head directly to the Terracotta Warriors. Enjoy a 2.5 - hour Terracotta Warriors tour and a delicious local lunch. 

Then, take a 1.5 - hour drive to the Shaanxi Archaeology Museum, which is huge and full of treasures with 4 chapters: 

1: The archaeological history chapter shows the birth, development, and maturity of Shaanxi archaeology through a large number of physical and photographic materials. It is divided into three units. 1) The first unit describes the accumulation process of Chinese archaeology in the period of chaos - the stage of Jinshi Studies. 2) The second unit, "Scientific Archaeology, Reviving History and Saving the Country", focuses on the beginning of Shaanxi archaeology - the archaeology of Doujitai, and the maturing Chinese archaeological typology on the basis of showing the birth of Chinese archaeology. 3) The third unit systematically sorts out the development process of archaeology in Shaanxi since the founding of the People's Republic of China based on archaeological projects, covering the excavation of important sites such as the Banpo Ruins and the Zhouyuan Ruins, as well as the introduction of new concepts and methods of archaeological work in "big sites" such as the capital cities of the Han and Tang dynasties and the imperial tombs. 

2: The chapter "Cultural Genealogy" shows the archaeological and cultural genealogy in Shaanxi. In the five units of "Paleolithic Age", "Neolithic Age", "Xia Shang Period", "Xianzhou Culture", and "Zhouyuan Ruins", it focuses on the origin of modern humans and the exchange and migration of ancient humans. It introduces various cultural types in Shaanxi during this period, including their distribution range, cultural characteristics, and representative sites, and intersperses the introduction of zooarchaeology, botanical archaeology, physical anthropology, etc. 

3: "Archaeological Discoveries" is divided into three units, mainly introducing key archaeological projects in various periods in Shaanxi. 4: The "Cultural Relics Protection" section shows the restoration, protection, and research of ceramics, bronzes, complex remains, murals, textiles, and lacquerware, etc. It focuses on the application of new technologies, new methods, and new materials in the protection of cultural relics of different textures, and shows the public the responsibility of cultural relics restoration workers as "skilled doctors". 

NOTE: The archaeology museum is quite new. The museum has no English - speaking guides provided and Not Allowed your guide work inside during visit. So your guide will stay with you as a friend to share history in a low voice when you need it since all antiques have English signs. After a 2.5 - hour exploration of the museum, your private guide and driver will take you back to the hotel.
